As an interim manager it is extremely important to understand as fast as possible what lives inside a company. Which is not always outspoken. To better understand people and to become an outstanding interim manager Wim followed an extensive training at the Center for Body Language, the Worlds #1 Body Language Training for Business, and became a Certified Body Language Practitioner in 2012. As he saw the value of increasing body language knowledge based on Harvard Professor Amy Cuddy’s TED speech in 2012 and reading books and articles about it he found out that “Emotional intelligence isn’t a luxury you can dispense with in tough times. It’s a basic tool that, deployed with finesse, is key to professional success.” – Harvard Business Review and took supplementary courses and became a Master in Body Language and a Certified Trainer & Coach in 2013. Since then Wim is also regulary asked as key-note speaker, expert and TV show guest on body language and non-verbal communication.
